Приглашаем вас на мастер-класс «Рисование вслепую». Каждый день мы обрабатываем огромное количество визуальной информации, которую мы легко можем вылить в творческий процесс. Рисование здесь рассматривается как процесс медитации, соединения с собой и своим творческим центром.

Для успешного результата нам необходимо пройти несколько этапов:
- сначала создадим доверительное пространство;
- участники наденут маски для ощущения полной изоляции и темноты;
- затем следует небольшая практика релаксации, чтобы каждый участник мог слышать себя;
- далее изучим руки как инструмент творчества, познакомимся с материалами, кистями, бумагой и пастелью на ощупь.

Здесь ценится не сам рисунок, а процесс. Интуитивно, без оценок и сравнений.

Dear friends, Youth Included has prepared a creative Workshop for women who recently moved to Prague from Ukraine

We invite you to a blind drawing workshop. Every day we process a huge amount of visual information, which we can easily pour into the creative process. Drawing here is seen as a process of meditation, connecting with yourself and your creative centre.

There are several steps we need to go through in order to have a successful outcome:
- first, we create a space of trust;
- participants will put on masks for a feeling of total isolation and darkness;
- followed by a short relaxation practice so that each participant can hear themselves;
- then explore hands as a creative tool, learning about materials, brushes, paper and pastels by touch.

It's not the drawing itself that's valued here, but the process. Intuitively, without evaluation or comparison.
