A comprehensive program providing psychological, emotional, and social support for refugees through individual counseling, group training, and children’s summer day camps.
The project, funded by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, offers structured and professional support to help refugees manage stress, adapt to new environments, and enhance overall well-being. It combines individualized therapy, interactive group learning, and engaging activities for children to create safe and supportive spaces for all participants. Individual Counseling Sessions: One-on-one therapeutic support for adults facing emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, grief, family difficulties, or challenges related to displacement. The sessions aim to reduce emotional burden, improve daily functioning, and provide a safe, confidential environment for healing. Group Training Sessions: Interactive group programs focusing on emotional and social skill development, including stress management, emotional regulation, communication, anger management, conflict resolution, burnout prevention, and somatic awareness. Creative and expressive methods such as art therapy, drama therapy, and movement are also included to enhance learning and coping skills. Children’s Summer Day Camps: Safe and nurturing camps offering educational, creative, and recreational activities such as theatre, art therapy, sports, outdoor games, and group cooking. The camps support emotional recovery, socialization, and healthy development for children affected by relocation or stress, helping them build confidence and enjoy a structured, engaging environment.
All activities are led by qualified professionals using trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches, financed by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic to ensure accessibility and high professional quality.
