A comprehensive program providing psychological, emotional, and social support for refugees through individual counseling, group training, and children’s summer day camps.
The Group Training Program, financed by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, provides structured support for refugees who want to strengthen emotional well-being and learn practical skills for managing stress, adaptation, and everyday challenges.
In 2025, 30 group training sessions will be delivered, each designed for 10–15 participants. Sessions offer practical techniques in a safe, supportive environment, fostering reflection, learning, and personal growth.
Topics covered include stress-management strategies, meditation and relaxation, support after loss, emotional intelligence skills, anger and aggression management, constructive conflict resolution, crisis support, time management, burnout prevention, body-trauma therapy, emotional regulation, and more.
